The Educational Support Services Section, based at The Moray Council HQ, is responsible for providing advice and guidance in respect of the following:

• Additional Support for Learning
• Community Learning and Development  - adult literacy and numeracy, community learning plans, learning centres, preventative youth work, Social Inclusion Partnership, arts development, sports development, Duke of Edinburgh Scheme
• Educational Psychology Services
• Grants (including community, voluntary organisations, village halls)
• Inclusion and Support Services
• Local Community Networks
• Policy formulation and strategic planning
• Grants and Bursaries
