We prepare and implement the Council's Structure Plan and Local Plan. We interpret National Planning Policy and Guidance and monitor developments in Moray through annual , Housing Land Audits and Development. We also prepare site Development Briefs and Planning Policy Documents on topics such as Wind Energy, Forestry. We produce Masterplans and Town Centre Audits for key development areas in Moray.

We enter into Partnerships with relevant agencies to implement Plan strategies (Cairngorms National Park, River Spey Catchment, Moray Firth)
